Industrial

We have worked on a variety of Industrial projects from Steel Frame Structures to the Industrial Fitting Out of existing premises including install machine bases and the like.

We are also very experienced at the Groundworks element of construction which is particularly prevalent in these projects having worked on many projects with Reinforced Concrete Structures, including projects at Birmingham Airport, Hospitals, Football Stadiums, Superstores and the like.

Retail

We are proud of our knowledge and experience in carrying out works on large retail site and in particular acting for Contractors working in live shopping centre environments where fast track programmes and out of hours working are the 'norm'

We have been involved in projects for both Landlords and Retailers ranging from straight forward Shop-fitting to constructing Major Extensions over live Mall entrances

Office

We have been involved in the fit out of many Offices both for End Uses and for the Rental market. Works include Suspended Ceilings, Computer Access Floors, Bespoke Joinery, plus full Mechanical & Electrical involvement.

Bespoke Residential

We have gained a vast experience in both the refurbishment and new build of ‘high end’ residential properties from conception to final furnishings. We have acted for all parties including Clients looking to refurbish or build their own property and for both Developers and Contractors on properties being build for sale.

Due to the nature of the market a large amount of our work has been in the Surrey and London Areas, but we are always keen to get involved in projects in The Midlands and elsewhere.

Licensed Premises

We have been involved with works on many licensed premises including having had a ‘hands on’ involvement with the fit-out of premises from conception to opening including Bar-fitting and the installation of Cellar works.

We can bring a great deal of personal experience to a difficult market including feasibility studies.
